Prayer update
01/12/09 16:00
You prayed. Things happened.
Tim and Spring Becker have booked flights to Malaga for January 15. God has provided $1000 more in monthly support. Please keep praying for what is still lacking. We are anxious to have Tim's expertise in graphic design.
Dolores, the sister of our colleague Susana, is doing much better. After 4 weeks in an induced coma she is doing well, sitting up and eating. The H1N1 flu is gone and she is breathing on her own. Her newborn baby is still at her mother's house. Loli's husband Angel has had such a dramatic change in his life as a result of his rebirth in Christ that his sister and her boyfriend decided they too wanted to trust in Christ.
MMC Spanish videos on YouTube and on the air
The video series Dame 1 Minuto is now on YouTube. I also have delivered the series to another ministry for use in their TV program.
The segment on depression will be featured in several Christian TV programs in the near future. The YouTube version is getting plenty of views as well. Pray that these videos will be instrumental in challenging Spaniards with the truth of God's Word.
Partnering with De Familia a Familia
Recently someone from De Familia a Famila, the Spanish branch of Campus Crusade's Family Life called to ask permission to include some of our People Like You testimony videos as teaching resources in a new online counseling course they will begin next year. I am always excited to see our videos used in new ways, and I am excited that more people will be prepared to bring healing to hurting Spaniards.
Family update
Robyn's pregnancy is progressing well. Everyone, especially Robyn, is eager for the baby to arrive. We fully expect him to make an appearance well before his January 19 due date. Pray that Robyn will continue to be healthy.
Thanks so much for your prayers for us and our ministry. Pray most of all for the people here in Spain who are without Christ.
In Christ,
Rolly and Robyn Walter
